Minimal static-site posture

This site is currently a simple public website. The contact form is a static preview and does not submit information to a backend database.

How inquiries happen

When you contact DaveTheWeb.guru, you do so through an email link or direct email to hello@davetheweb.guru. Information you choose to send may include your name, business name, contact details, website needs, project timeline, and other details you include in the message.

Third-party providers

• Email providers may process messages you send to DaveTheWeb.guru.
• Hosting, browser, DNS, security, and analytics infrastructure may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and timestamps.
• Stripe handles payment information when Stripe invoices or Stripe payment links are used. DaveTheWeb.guru does not need your card number by email.

No sale of inquiry data

DaveTheWeb.guru does not sell client inquiry data. Information provided for a project is used to respond, estimate, build, support, and administer the requested work.

Client materials

If you send logos, photos, copy, account screenshots, business descriptions, or Google Business Profile details, you are responsible for confirming you have the right to share and use those materials.
